About Us

We specialize in couples, grief, parenting, life transitions, and perinatal struggles for all who are in that season of life. We are also passionate about providing culturally sensitive and affirming therapy based on current best practices. We are LGBTQ+ allied and accept and welcome all people. Our goal is to help you experience peace and healing and to live the balanced life you deserve.

Our Approach

We offer holistic, person-centered psychotherapy addressing all areas of your life in a calm and nonjudgmental space. In moments of reflection, we are better able to learn from our past, be present now, and work towards our future goals. We utilize a wide range of therapies tailored specifically to you to guide you through our sessions.

These include but aren't limited to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, somatic-based therapy,  motivational interviewing, relational-based therapy, couples, mindfulness and nature-based therapies. We hope to build a therapeutic relationship that allows you to be yourself in our office and feel safe, accepted, and heard and leave feeling empowered and inspired to change unhelpful habits.
